Award winning packaging and branding design for jewelry brand, Melanie Auld.

Inspired by the sun-bleached earthen walls that line the cobblestone streets of Puglia, Italy, Melanie Auld’s packaging suite is imbued with the cherished memory of a place once visited. The earthy-quartz tone pays homage to the founder’s love of life, travel and the memories she’s collected along the way. We meticulously sourced custom-dyed silk chiffon ribbons and linen in the brand colour to represent the tapestry of her experiences. The boxes, produced in a textured paper stock with tactile blind debossed details, were custom-engineered to achieve a distinct square profile for an elevated unboxing experience. Through the symbolic use of colour and texture, the Melanie Auld packaging suite channels the fullness of life into physical form.

Design with thoughtful intention—these bespoke bags were lovingly created by hand using natural silk chiffon for the handles and ultra-thick textured card stock for resilience in the most beautiful custom earthy-quartz colour. Packaging that is beautiful as is to gift in and resilient enough to keep long after for multiple purposes. Re-use the bag to carry your lunch or repurpose the stunning paper for love notes—and definitely cut the silk chiffon handle off and tie it in your hair.
